My favorite things are spending time with family, fly fishing, and taking projects to the end zone. That last one is why RAM exists: 25 years of finding, funding, and building commercial projects, first as an owner, now for owners.
Every choice on a project carries economic consequences. We manage each phase with the discipline and care of an owner, because we’ve sat in that seat and signed those checks. We call it Owner’s Eyes.
